Quinoa Sourdough, Peanut Butter and Rooftop Honey

Peanut butter and honey is a classic combo, we just reckon it’s better on a proper hearty loaf like the Quinoa and Grains Sourdough.

Toast a couple of slices of the Quinoa and Grains thick. The dark malt gives the crust a bit of colour and the quinoa gets nuttier once it’s warmed through. Spread on plenty of Chunky Dave’s peanut butter, thick, salty, made with Aussie peanuts and hand-bottled up the road. Then a drizzle of honey from the hives on our roof in Banksmeadow, raw and unfiltered, just what the bees made.

Nutty bread, salty peanut butter, a bit of sweetness to finish. We’ve been eating it like this most mornings.

Quinoa and Grains Sourdough. Baked fresh daily, available till it’s gone.
