Murray River Salt® is a small family-owned Australian business producing delicate pink salt flakes from mineralised brines in the Murray-Darling Basin.
Their salt flakes are known for their soft, pale pink colour, natural mineral content and delicate crunch. They have a full-bodied flavour without the harsh bitterness you can sometimes get from everyday salts, which makes them perfect for finishing both savoury and sweet dishes.
The flakes are produced using pristine brines from ancient saline aquifers, with no additives or preservatives. The result is a completely natural salt that melts gently on the tongue while adding just the right lift to food.
