Old Favourites, New Treats: Our Christmas 2026 Range

You can smell it before you see it. Fruit mince pies are back in the ovens, which means one thing: Christmas has officially landed at Bourke Street Bakery.

This year we’ve done two things. We’ve brought back the classics you keep asking about, and we’ve added a few new treats we reckon will earn a spot on your table too.

Everything is made by hand, in small batches, across our bakeries. Here’s what’s on the shelves.

New This Christmas

Christmas Trifle – Limoncello sponge, vanilla custard, mango and raspberries. Serves 10.

Christmas Yule Log – Dark chocolate, cocoa sponge and vanilla cream. Serves 10.

Original Butter Shortbread – Coppertree Farms butter. Short, crumbly, not too sweet.

Cranberry & Pistachio Shortbread – Our butter shortbread with cranberries, roasted pistachios and white chocolate.

Apple & Cranberry Chutney – Slow-cooked with onion, ginger and cinnamon. Made for the ham, the cheese board and the Boxing Day sanga. Limited run.

Gingerbread Dough – Bake and decorate your own BSB gingerbread at home.

The Classics Are Back

Fruit Mince Pies – Australian butter shortcrust, spiced apple and brandy-soaked fruit. Fresh, or frozen to bake at home.

Gingerbread People – Made for little hands and a hot chocolate.

Panforte – Chocolate, roasted almonds, pistachios, figs, honey and spice. Slice it thin.

Almond & Chocolate Amaretti – Soft and chewy, with a crisp outside.

Rocky Road – Chocolate, marshmallows, jubes and peanuts.

Brandy Butter – Copper Tree Farm butter whipped with brandy. Made once a year.

Christmas Hampers

Big Christmas Hamper – Our festive favourites in one box: mince pies, gingerbread, panforte, shortbread, amaretti, rocky road, chutney and coffee.

Bonanza Hamper – Everything above, plus a full BSB pantry and a Tall Trees apron.

Stocking Stuffers – Smaller gift boxes for everyone else on the list.

Hampers are collected Tuesday to Saturday. Order by 3pm for next-day collection.
