Since opening our first bakery in Surry Hills in 2004, this cookie has been a customer favourite. With crisp edges, a soft, fudgy centre and pockets of sour cherry throughout rich dark chocolate, it’s a recipe we’ve never felt the need to reinvent.

To be recognised alongside so many great bakeries is a real honour, and we’re grateful to delicious. for including us.
