
We’ve made a change – and it’s a good one.
Our Olive Oil Loaf has officially made way for something new: a pair of rustic Italian-style ciabattas, each handmade using a slow-fermented dough that brings out the best in flavour and texture.
Why the change? Because we’re always evolving, and frankly, wanted better bread.
Meet the new loaves:
• Ciabatta – golden and crisp on the outside, light and airy on the inside. It’s the kind of loaf that does a lot with very little. Tear it, toast it, sandwich it or dip it – this one fits wherever good bread is needed.
• Ciabatta with Green Olives & Rosemary – the same rustic dough, loaded with briny green olives and a fragrant hit of rosemary. Savoury, herby and completely addictive.
And those big, beautiful holes? That’s not a flaw – it’s a sign of real fermentation and handmade care. It’s what gives ciabatta its signature texture: chewy, springy, and perfect for soaking up whatever it touches.
